The producer program after 9 gives you a sense of the commitment that went into realising a musical vision through pioneering production techniques. The interview with Doris Troy who sings on the "The Great Gig in the Sky" is fascinating. Good old BBC.

Hmm....not sure if I detect a whiff of sarcasm there - especially as it was Clare Torry on GGITS (Doris Troy was a backing singer on the album DSOTM).

You are right it was Clare Torry. No sarcasm intended. For me the greatest band.
