People you have met with amusing/unfortunate names

I had a university lecturer called Robin Hood. Vindictive parents.

I had a friend at university called Doug Field. Still brings a smile to my face ten years later.

Whilst working in the travel industry I was often dealing with complaints from customers with unbelievable names. One of the most memorable was a dutch gentleman who went by the name of Willem Fookinrood. I shit ye not.

Also had a Mrs Hunt-Cook who was a right mithering fanny. I once "accidentally" sent a letter to her with the first letters of her double barrelled name inverted.

:clap2:

and in Huddersfield - Worzel Gummidge who then changed his name to The Occupier (again by deed poll)

I knew a girl who's mum was P E Hall. We called her Jim.

And I once came across a Chris Moss at a meeting many years ago. Someone had to check everyone was in agreement, and said "Happy, Chris Moss?" :D

I knew a guy called Russell Sprout

My Mrs also went to school with a Cherry Tart and a Cannon Ball (it's cheating though coz she's American!)
