So the safety of umpire Darrell Hair,can;t be guaranteed in Pakistan,should the ICC,award him a test or ODI in Pakistan,say Pakistans cricket board and the ICC seem to agree. However when England sited safety concerns on their tour to Zimbabwe a couple years ago. The ICC seemed to suffer from a case of 'selective hearing'.

Ah, but the ICC would have stopped the tour if the Foreign Office had raised concerns about the safety of the England team.

Hmmm, I think Darrell Hair would get his bottom kicked big time if he went any where near Pakistan so its hardly a surprising statement. Slightly different reasons to the Zimbabwe threat I think.
