As far as I can gather, you assemble a team that gels. So it's not about having Rooney, Ronaldo, Messi etc. You have some bio stat that calculates together and forms the overall squad rating. Or i could be talking bollocks.

Vicente is in the squad with the latest squad update upon buying the game, I've checked it out with others, not sure on his rating or anything, but that's fact, so s'all good.

On a side note, I now have the full Brighton squad in my Ultimate team
