Original BBC Superstars 80's

I understand that one of the original Superstar programme was filmed at Withdean.

Can anyone confirm this and if so,did anyone go,does any film exist of it,who took part etc

The BBC website for the programme doesnt mention it as a venue

it came up in a conversation once that the canoe race was done at brooklands in lancing, so i guess it is possible that some other events could have bee done at the withdean
