yes one of my daughetr's friends "won" the competion and when she hadn't heard anything she contacted the Argus...they said it was down to the competition people and when she phoned them, the answer machine pointed her to a administrator's number.

the argus insisted ity was nothing to do with them. even though they profited from people buying the argus to enter the competition!
