That picture is doctored!

Unless its a naturally big pet i.e. a Great Dane, owners of big pets should be shot! There's nothing cool about over feeding your pet and therefore reducing its life expectancy and quality of life. The feckin tabloids don't help by encouraging people to send in photos of their fat pets.
