North Stand/Family Stand

Congratulations to all on the progress made so far, especially the West Stand - just starting to realise how huge it will be. Just got a couple of quick questions:

1) When will we see the steel go up on the North Stand?

2) The Family Stand: have you decided which one it will be yet? Several clubs, notably Reading, Southampton, Hull, Manchester City and Swansea, who have built new stadiums in recent years, have made the home end the family stand, which in my experience is a bit of an atmosphere killer. Presumably we are not going to go down that road?

The West stand steel is next followed by completioon of the south stand and then the North stand.

We are identifying different sales areas of the stadium. The family area is likely to be at the northern end of the east stand.
