QPR's pre-season preparations have received a setback after striker Kevin Gallen suffered a knee injury in training.
Gallen was hurt in a challenge with team-mate Clarke Carlisle and his condition is being assessed.
He is expected to be sidelined for at least a couple of weeks and has been ruled out of Rangers' friendly against non-League Kettering this weekend.
Gallen scored 14 goals last season and is regarded as one of Rangers' most vital players.
Obviously you dont wish injury on any player (unless they play for Palace or Cardiff!), but surely this is "good" news as QPR will be one of the strongest teams BHA play next season
