Latest news is that hopefully the fast lines , to the left of that photo, maybe open by 1700 and an emergency timetable will operate. At the moment you are advised to travel South by SET or SWT services for which all tickets are valid.

Not sure what would be quicker. That one, or Charing Cross to Hastings then Brighton. 17:19 from Charing Cross to Hastings then 19:14 from Hastings to Brighton gets in at 20:20

Coaches now running non stop from Victoria to Gatwick if you can get on one, still coastbound services terminating and restarting at Gatwick with additional stops at Three Bridges for bus connections.

Mate of mine has said on his Facebook that he's been queuing for over 2 hours for a replacement bus at Three Bridges to East Croydon, and still has a long queue infront of him.
