New date for Northamton game

I know clubs have to rearrange fairly quickly but this new date is 7 weeks away. Couldn't they just have waited to see if Cheltenham beat Donny in the FAC, then we could have had a nice Saturday home game on Jan 24th.
It could well be the Law of Sod that we don't have a game that day.

Actually, to be fair, that was my first thought when I knew Cheltenhams' FA Cup game had been postponed.!
