Looks to me as if they aren't fitted yet, just leaning in position. Surely the backs will be more upright than that, they look doze off angles.

To think someone said yesterday they may get the whole WUpper installed You can tell on the webcam they're not fitted yet in most parts. The first tiny block looks done.

Will people be able to dangle flags over the barrier where the scaffold poles are...or will there be advertising on the front of them...would look pretty impressive with blue and white flags all the way around the stadium.

You could tell on the web cam - all uneven and not neat - think the first little block is all fitted though.
