Need a goalscorer

but we always seem to create chances but no one to finish...
so who do you think we need?

In fairness he has a point. just watched Swansea V Newcastle, at one point Swansea had 70% possesion and were creating loads of chances.
BUT Cisse had 2 chances and took them both. He was the difference between the sides today.

Yep. If you look at the top six in the table. The big difference between us and the other 5 is goals scored. We're at least 15 short of what we need to challenge for the prem.

We've got a goal scorer but he doesn't play up front where he can grab the goals he is often found doing the donkey work which helps us stay in games and means we have a chance of pinching all 3 points. If we had the squad to play the way Gus would like to we'd see more goals but we have over achieved this season with a squad of good passers

Yes, we do need an out and out scorer. Barnes and cms are good players,but they are not in the classic stick-it-in-the-net number 9 mould. For me,someone like luciano becchio springs to mind...

We need strikers that trust our defence and midfield,CMS and Barnes come back and help the defence too often and then waste energy in getting back into position

We've had the second least amount of attempts on target behind Burnley! CMS scored 35 last year, Barnes 20 odd. We don't score a lot, we don't concede a lot. It's just the way it's been. We haven't created much
