For rude names surely the best is the German footballer Stefan Kuntz.

Where I used to work we had a contractor who used to visit the site who was called Alex Kinghorn which I found amusing.

People who work in offices would know that there internal phone numbers are called extensions...We have a consultant at work whoes name is John Dick. He had to leave me a message on my desk once asking me to call him and he wrote everything out but forgot to include his number. I returned to my desk to find a note from a John Dick Extension: Made me laugh anyway.
