It does however have the Age of Chance , and so has gone up imeasurably in my estimation - albeit it's the inferior 7" radio edit ("Free your mind and your FEET will follow"?? wtf...? It's "ASS" godammit...).

A band just two years ahead of their time. If they waited until the Stone Roses and Primal Scream made it cool to like dance and rock crossover music, they could have made a fortune. As it was, total oblivion and you can't even get their stuff on CD.

Mind you, trying to promote cycling gear as a fashion statement probably didn't help...

Wiedlin was a member of the all girl group The Go-Gos much bigger in America than here. Their lead singer was Belinda Carlisle.

The Funboy Three song 'Our lips are sealed' was co-written by Terry Hall and Wiedlin.
