You can't reignite a previous game if the time between finishing and starting is greater than the length of the last ten moves. However if this game is shorter than said length of the gap, a second game cannot be started until 12 days from today. If this game is longer than the gap and a clear winner is identified a new game can be started only 24hrs after this one ends! Its all in the rules.
