Best ref I saw last season in the youth soccer matches was a 14 year old. The worst ref I saw wasat a tournament in little common - he was in his 50s.

Age doesn't matter if he is a good ref

I don't think age matters.... refs will usually give decisions in favour of the big premier league side at any age.

This is his second season as a Premier League ref, so he has a few big games under his belt.
