He was the centre-back who nursed us through the Ipswich decider last season (we won't mention the penalty the ref should have given ). Seriously though, I think it's a good call by McGhee, if Tank had been out, the big youngster Elphick might have come in. El Abd played nearly all his youth and reserve team football at CB.
