It did look as if he was going to be taken off, before he even went down.

He looked injured but might well have been doing an acting job. The odd thing was that the player who replaced him (no. 37) was himself replaced in the 2nd half.

The bizarre thing about the game was that MK Dons team selection clearly stated they didn't really give a toss - so why do so in the 2nd round? Surely if you want to save yourself games you deliberatley lose your opener? Muppets.

As for Martin Allen I thought he was hilarous, I haven't seen worse acting since the last time Blakes 7 was on telly.
