Bizarrely it's done on points dropped in the month (with the lowest 4 getting nominated). Slade gets penalised because we played more games than the others.

Pts per game. So by playing more games is an advantage since you can balance out a bad result.
For example
If you play 5 games lose one and win the rest you have 12 points / 5 games = 2.4 points a game.
If you play 7 games lose one and win the rest you have 18 points / 7 games = 2.57 points a game.

Wins, points by game, etc is a stupid way to calculate it because the amount of wins produced does not necessarily correspond with the achievement. Clearly 1.85 points per game is a hell of an achievement for us considering where we were but for a top 6 team it is not as great. Absolute retardness that Slade has not even been nominated.
