In the Evening Standard tonight and a documentary coming up on the BBC.
Was it in the local press ? An article in Times apparently as well.
He believes himself to be the reincartion of an old testament king.
He's "married" them under the terms of his religion and not in a legal sense as we would understand it.
So he's not committed a crime.
