Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to send Federico Macheda and Mame Biram Diouf out on loan in the wake of Manchester United's shock Carling Cup exit to Crystal Palace in midweek.

Could either of these do a job? Would they even consider signing for us?

Macheda was disgraceful on Wednesday- he hasn't actually done anything since those 2 winning goals he scored a couple of years back. A career in Serie B beckons methinks.
Diouf is nothing special either.
