Has anyone noticed within their "smartcard account" that for a (purchased 2014/15 season ticket) it is reflecting 70 points, and not the stipulated 1000.
Maybe they have made just a mistake on my account!, although maybe worth taking a look!
May be wrong here but for (season 2012/13) they took your loyalty balance and times it by 10% which then provided you with your loyalty points for season beginning (2013/14)
Looks like this year they will take your (season 2013/14) ending loyalty balance and times it by 50%.
