Completely agree. Look at the calibre of teams and the amount of money in the Championship. I really do believe it is a massive step up.

Another thing - I never really felt we had a proper front-line last season. Murray was an excellent target man rather than a clinical goal-scorer, and played a fair part of the season on his own up front. I do not think Barnes or Woods were that convincing as strikers. I know that sounds a bit odd considering there were 39 goals between Murray and Barnes. This coming season it does look like we will have a proper forward line.

Not nothing. It means something. 27 goals in a promoted team and 17 goals in a relegated team suggest that with proper service we can look forward to the season.
