Latest Windows update

Is it just me, or has the update that arrived this week made everything run really slowly?

Every few minutes or so everything freezes and my processor fan comes on for about 30 seconds.

Very annoying -- is a trick to get us all to buy Vista?

I don't know about you, I update every week and this week I had 10 updates to install.

The latest update has really screwed up Java, IE7 and Outlook 2003. MS are a bunch of muppets!!

I've uninstalled the latest update, and had a jolly good defrag. And I still seem to be having the same problem

Glad I'm not the only one, though.

its probably microsoft adding another 100 ("are you sure? this could be a naughty piece of software") dialog boxes.
