COuld anybody tell me what 2MBcache means and will 1MB Cache be better or not?

Cache is extremely, extremely fast memory thats on the processor die. The more the better, basically - it makes pulling regularly used data out of RAM quicker. Preferably more L1 or L2 than L3, but its all good.

That question can't be answered - bit like asking if a 1600 cc car "will be enough?"

A CPU will work with zero cache but, as MOYB states, the more the better since it provides a speed advantage.

If you are just using it for general home computing then it will be plenty.
