Is there any reason why lapsed season ticket holders are not targetted to renew their tickets or even find out why they have not taken up the offer. Having not renewed my own last season, nobody from the club has ever been in touch, suggesting that they are not bothered in me, my patronage and the reasons why.

We did this last year, writing to all lapsed season ticket holders. It is something we'll look at again closer to the start of the season, as applications are still coming in fairly quickly.
