In case anyone has forgotten the timetable ...
The evidence of interested parties (including Lewes District Council, Falmer Parish Council, Brighton & Hove City Council and the Albion) has to be with the Civil Servants in Ruth Kelly's department by 15 February.
Evidence received will then be circulated to all of the interested parties, who will be invited to comment on it.
All comments will then be considered by the Civil Servants, who will then brief Ruth Kelly and - no doubt - make a recommendation for her to consider.
She will then consider what should be the outcome and then she'll announce her decision.
Lewes District Council have said that they expect the decision to be announced in mid-April.

I don't understand the link between global warming and feeling the need to spoil all the food in your fridge.
