Following that thread on the "Ask the club" forum I decided to count how many different shirts have Michel Kuipers worn this season. And the results are here (I don't have facts regarding Stoke game):

1. vs Reading (Watford, Leicester, Wolves, Cardiff, Burnley, Watford, Rotherham)
aug7-2.jpg

2. vs Plymouth (Preston, Leeds, Crewe)
aug10-2.jpg

3. vs Wigan (Bristol Rovers, Coventry, QPR, Gillingham, Millwall)
aug21-4.jpg

4. vs Notts Forest (Tottenham)
sep29-6.jpg

5. vs Sheff Utd (Sunderland)
oct2-6.jpg

6. vs Wolves (Crewe)
dec28-4.jpg

7. vs Ipswich (Gillingham, QPR)
nov27-2.jpg

8. vs Sheff Utd

9. vs West Ham

It must be some sort of record!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

The best quote I have read about his Kuipers' kits was after the game on Saturday where they said something like: "Their keeper looked like a professional cyclist who has forgotten his bike"

Made me laugh anyway.

I've got the grey one third down as a short sleeved top.

That's a fantastic array of shirts though, marvellous shouting scenes Michel :clap2:

The red one is more red than a VERY RED THING. At QPR he stood out like Rudolf's nose.

Is this a good thing for a keeper? Does it make it easier for strikers to bend the ball round you - and notice if you're out of your goal? Or is it best for your defenders to know exactly where you are?

I wonder if this happens at other clubs? I cant see a reason why he has so many, surely a couple with SKINT on and a couple with Palookaville is enough? Or is Michel very fashion concious (sp?) and cant wear the same one too often! :D

Do you think the kit lady keeps putting the shirts on a hot wash with her nylon knickers?

Michel loves having a multi-coloured variety of shirts

I believe (unconfirmed) that he keeps one of each colour/style shirt for himself as memorabilia (presumably he reimburses the club for them!)

I'll bet Michel kept his eye on Mexican goalkeeper Jorge Campos... :lolol: :lolol:

I've just brought the white one of the on line shop and got it printed! 15% at the moment can't be bad!

I've got far too many Brighton shirts. Oh well if i'm going to waste my money on anything it might as well be Albion stuff!
