I've used it, and it hasn't deleted anything I need or miss (not so far as I can tell).

I don't know if it has sped my p/c up much, as it always has been pretty fast - but there were times when things slewed a bit.....so hopefully those slowdowns are reduced or eradicated.

defragging the disk is the best, easiest and safest way of speeding up a Windows PC.

ALWAYS defrag at least once a month otherwise your machine will slowdown and take alot longer to degrag when you do get around to doing it!
