...I'm knackered so I'll do a proper report tomorrow, but just to say we well deserved a point tonight (or is it yesterday night?) and if we can play like this consistantly we'll easily be alright.

We are privaliged to have Forster in the stripes, he ran himself into the ground and was a constant pain in the arse to the Leicester defence, Sullivan and Elphick also should be mentioned, neither put a foot wrong and dealt with the leagues most potent attackers with great style.

Micky's tactics and team selection were spot on, and the 500 or so supporters did us proud too.

I'd probably give everyone 8's tonight, Forster, Elphick and Sullivan 9.

The new lad (Jarrett) showed up alright considering when he arrived and how much football he's had recently, reminds me a bit of a Sean Parrish or Kwame Ampadu (look 'em up if you don't know who they are).

Cheers El Mac.

Just got back in Brighton. That fcuking M1 is a pile of shite. Not bad enough to spoil a top night out though, except for those who never made it, for whom I have great sympathy.

But it was a bloody great defensive performance tonight against a team who were seeking to equal a record nine home wins on the spin. They were so committed and so determined I could hardly recognise them as the same team that did nothing against Luton and only just got away with a point at Cheltenham.

Sullivan's best game, Forster on his own did the running of two strikers, El Abd was (I can't believe I'm saying this) bloody excellent in the midfield, Elphick played like he did when we were worried someone might bid for him.

No one let us down. The tactics were spot on and this is what I travel round the country to see. 10/10 as a team.

Please please please let us continue like this and turn the corner at last.

The only positive from my evening is that I experienced the best piss anyone's ever had. Holding it in for 3 hours on the m1 finally got to release on a slip road when diverting.

Just got back too........nightmare journey up there...and back.

Missed the first half hour...........but the remaining hour I saw, was very very good.

Personally, I think Fraser is improving erevy game. We kept our shape and discipline until the final whistle......and had few good efforts on goal too.

Most I,ve enjoyed an Albion game for ages.

Fully agree about the character and shape of our performance. I was in opposite corner from our fans and had a good view of the second half defensive display close up. Elphick in particular was immense, won everything in the air and one beautifully-timed tackle. Leicester fans were very quiet and totally frustrated as their team offered very little. The only really worrying moments were, what might have been, a reasonable shout for a penalty and a good chance put over in added time, also a good save from Sullivan from a diving header.

M1 was a nightmare on the way back... fxxxxx lane closures.
