I think there is more to this story than we are hearing. I believe that bigbelly has been unnecessarily rude to a member of staff, perhaps behaving in a threatening manner. The posts here are for nothing more than attention seeking. Would love to see a scan of the letter he received. Would also love to hear the story of the stewards.
