...bugger.

Still, Hinsh is back to cover centre half, and Rents is just as good a left back as Lynch:)

Abort, retry, fail
I bet Kuipers feels a bit silly goading him to carry on, after suspecting it was cramp (he went to stretch his leg) and then waved Malcolm Stuart off the pitch. Better to leave it to a pro next time!

Bad news though :( I hope we start with Rents on the left for the time being.

Not good news. He should have come off straignt away on sat.

Sounds like it, expect Mayo to re-appear shortly as and when injuries / suspensions kick in

It wasn't the finest hour for our bench, or Kuipers. I remember that when the original injury occured, Guy Butters- ie the most senior pro on the pitch - immediately made the signal for a substitution to the bench. He knew it was not great. The lad then played on for five minutes or so, including one off-balance clearance when he could hardly stand on the other leg.

At least Hinsh lasted the full 90 minutes today in our glorious 2-0 win.

maybe if wilkins was in the dugout, then we would of made a change straight away, rather than having to force lynch into carrying on while white got on the phone to find out what to do
