Make sure they keep the pitta bread on the griddle for at least a minute or so.I hate it when they chuck it on only for a few secs as it tastes doughy.Picky i know.

Lol....I remember my clubbing days when we used to go in pissed up to get a kebab and we would ask the greasy greek to toast our pitta bread and he would look at us like we were mad.
