don't live that far away and was unaware of any real rain until 7-ish here and even so no more then a normal Withdean adventure

Covering the pitch will flood the running track and prevent the game going ahead due to safety reasons for fans! The pitch is immaculate and can take a few hours of rain - be amazed if the game is postponed

Westdene, on the other hand, drains into London Road.

At 9am the surface drains on Tongdean Lane had gone and there was a lot of water heading towards the A23.

The back garden is once again resembling the Somme.
