Upgraded yesterday and it has wiped all my apps from my iPod Touch, although they are sitting happily on my Mac, whenever I try to synch it just does nothing now.

I updated mine a week or so ago, I didn't lose any apps though.

Since I updated to version 4, it has run quite slowly with a rather frustrating delay a lot of the time between pressing the key and it appearing on the screen

If you have the new iphone its fine, I have a couple of mates who dont and it screwed theres, no internet and lost the facilty to send mms messages.

The had to roll back to the previous version

Same for me (3GS), so - I unchecked Sync Apps, rechecked it then all the apps were unchecked so I went through and checked them all. Synched and they all reappeared, you may want to give it a go.
