Help me NSC, At very short notice I have an interview at 3pm for a permanent IT Sales posistion at a company I've been contracting at for around 4 months. Despite not knowing my prospective boss I'm pretty sure it's a case of not f***ing up the interview and I've got the job.
This would be my first 100% dedicated sales position and I need to negotiate a salary, part of which will be target based. At the moment I get 24k basic but know i cost them 36k (agency fees).
Should I go for the whole 36 basic? How can i avoid a reduction in my basic without seeming unconfident or lacking ambtion to hit targets??
