Internet Phone-in link fault?

I'm listening to the phone-in on the BBC Sussex site, but not getting the callers' speech. Is this a stereophonic fault on my pc or do others have the same problem?

I’ve had this a few times, all you can hear is the techies talking about the show but not the caller – I had assumed it was because I was logging in from outside the UK. Can only guess that someone pressed the wrong tit in the studio.
