According to the Guardian, Lord Levy has been putting pressure on someone (presumably Ruth Turner) to "amend" her evidence to the Police. Someone seems to have been stupid enough to put something possibly incriminating in an email.

It wouldn't surprise me if someone pretty high up ended up with being charged.
