I have been working in the great new restaurant as head chef for 6 months. I blagged the job as I can't really cook but have a lot of experience with food production. The problem is I keep ****ing up all the recipes they constantly go wrong and lack any taste or bite. Lots of customers are complaining but my boss doesn't seem to mind. I even tried to leave after a particularly bad paella all the ingredients were all over the place. My boss has just gone on holiday for 3 months and I am desperate to cook up a winning menu any ideas?
