At our level, I would say £100,000 basic plus win bonuses, playoff bonuses & promotion bonuses. And a fine of £100.00 for every time the word Palace comes out of his mouth!

Whatever it is, I'm sure there will be a big bonus if we're in the Championship at the start of the first Falmer season.

Someone I know who is not directly part of the club, but is in the local business estimates that Slade was on £120k + the various bonuses. Call it an educated guess.

Championship promotion bonus: 25%
Evening croupier services at Bloom's favourite casino: £6.60 an hour, rising to £9.50 an hour for high-stake tables.
Bonus for making El Abd look like a decent centre half: £1m + half of any transfer fee. (Bloom knows his money is safe here)
