That's a corking weight loss .. I'm normally about 13 st 7lb but went down to 13 stone only to put on a stone since October .... too much beer and wine and take out pizzas I think .... mid life weight crisis!

my target is 16st and to get into 36" trousers without cutting the blood supply to my jax crackers..... I am about 1" to go

I was pushing a 34" waist to the limit in February, now I'm comfortable and have even moved a notch on my belt. A 32" waist again would be a good achievement on my part.

The first 10lbs came of within 2 or 3 weeks but it's slowed since, as expected. I will get there. I set a target of 6 months at the start and I'm only in first half of month 3 at the moment.
