How many league games do you see us winning in October and November?

A difficult run of games. I can't see us winning more than three or four of the next nine (Hereford, Huddersfield and Stockport).

Where do you see us picking up much-needed wins and are you worried about the next two months?

Leeds Away
Hereford Home
Peterborough Away
Hartlepool Away
Leicester Home
Millwall Home
Carlisle Away
Huddersfield Home
Stockport Away

I know it was a joke, but a mathematical impossibility as well!

TSB

No flies on you!
As I see it, only way that could happen would be if The Albion won all 9 games and the FA deducted us a point. For whatever reason.
You should have othered him to lay the bet?

What is worrying is that fellow posters dont see us geting a win against Leicester, apart from HseagullsH and ZR (edit).
If we are going to make a credible challenge for the play-offs I think that this game will be key. Hopefully we would have won a few of the games in between and if we beat Leicester the promotion challenge is back on.

I honestly cannot see us getting more than two draws from the Leicester and Millwall games and think October and November could be pretty tough.

I'm not sure we have to win against the best side in this league, the games that matter to us will be sides like Leeds. It will be nice to pick up points from Leicester but I dont think its a key as you make out.

DMC

You are right in that you say it is not that important to win a game against the best side in the league. If that is what Leicester are.

If other results go in our favour it wont matter so much. The point I was trying to make is that maybe the game against Leicester has greater significance coming when it does? Hopefully we will get a good run of results and it will be the springboard for promotion? But if we lose and previous results havent been good. Maybe it will be a time when the fans realise we wont be geting promotion? I hope that NsN and ZR are right!
