How many different houses/flats have you lived in ?

I lived in Hollingdean for 24 years, Balfour Road 7 years, and two houses in Shoreham for 7 and 22 years. Only a grand total of four.
My mother in law had dozens of places to avoid paying the rent. She was only a child at the time ,and her family would leave very early in the morning with a few suitcases.

Started in Hollingbury, then to Patcham, to Westdene, back to Patcham, homeless for a year ( dossing in unowned property ) and then Hangleton so six excluding a year travelling around Australia ( tents, caravans, hotels and hostels ! ).

I was born in the house where i first lived, in Summersdeane, Southwick. Lived there for 22 years.
Moved to Compton Avenue, Brighton, for a year.
Then bought my first flat in Goldstone Villas, Hove, in 1986.
Lived in Wickhurst Road, North Portslade, between 1990 and 2001.
Been in my current house in Sompting since 2001, hopefully i will not need to move again.

2. one room, no furniture. Half the floor was missing; we were all huddled together in one corner for fear of FALLING!
