How long would you say was reasonable time to respond to emails?
To date I have sent 3 this year regarding my fan number. First was for the Cup game, then 2 in the last 7 days.
The ticket office have yet to respond to any, so it appears for the third year running the club do not want my hard earned cash to purchase a season ticket.
