How i deal with defeat in a mature way!

1) I never ever buy an argus that evening or Monday
2) No Sunday papers reports read at all
3) as soon as result through Sky Sport news is off and its films all the way till MoD
4) I sleep through The Championship on Sunday

Then by Tuesdays all well and good again
