I have a letter from Ken Carver at the club to me from 1976 on headed paper with the Dolphins logo. Also a scarf somewhere but no badge. The dolphin looks a bit crap.

Anyone know where you can go to get a design like that embroidered?

You might be able to take the printed version and get it embroidered based on that template; I'm certain there are places that do that sort of thing.
