How do you post an image on here from your own pictures on your 'puter, rather than from a web page ?

And how do you get those little quotes at the end of your posts ? Are they called signatures ? Only when I tried to put one up it said a max of 3 lines, and yet I've seen posts with more than 3 lines worth.

It has to be hosted somewhere other than your computer to be displayed.

Huh? Not when I've posted mine own pics - just click on 'Manage Attachments' and there's an option for uploading from your p/c, click on 'Browse', and find the file, like so;

I am pretty sure you can just use the 'manage attachments' button. Instead of quick reply, go to post reply and click on the relevant button.

When I click on ....manage attachments...all I get is.....error on page and a bit of a freeze up.

My little permissions window does say I'm allowed to post attachments too.

Puzzled.

Got beyond...error on page....and managed to start uploading image from my pics.

Now it gives me....database error....... though.

Oh well. If at first you don't succeed,........ I suppose /

I'm trying to upload an anti-nazi poster in response to the illiterate fascists who "Want what's best for England" ( no point in arguing with them )

The image is a take on the - KEEP YOUR COUNTRY TIDY - logo that used to be on chewing gum wrappers. This one shows a swastika being thrown into the bin.

Perhaps the swastika is causing the database error ?
