yep switch it off, leave it for fifteen minutes then switch back on. it shall be ok then.

i havent got photoshop and if i did i wouldnt know how to use it

But if you've got a website, you surely must have some sort of picture editing package?
PS. And what colour is this logo? Because it's easy enough to invert a black and white image.
