Help please second hand furniture/rugs in Brighton.

A bit of advise if I may. I'm heading to brighton early today to help a friend find some cheap stuff for her new house.

Does anyone know of any decent second hand shops in brighton, where we might be able to track down a rug, cushions and stuff?

Failing that if anyone uas an old large rug that's getting in their way let me know and i'll come and take it off your hands!!

when my father-in-law moved into sheltered housing we got plenty of stuff from The Martlets Furniture Warehouse on Old Shoreham Road

There is a place on Lewes road that seems to advertise furniture for students so that must be cheap. Can't for the life of me remember the name of it though, sorry
